How payments, registrations, memberships, and donations to Indian Cultural Center work.

These Terms & Conditions apply to payments and submissions you make to Indian Cultural Center(“ICC”) — including event and program registrations, memberships, sponsorships, meal orders, facility rentals, classifieds, and donations. By making a payment or authorizing one on our website, you agree to these terms.

Payments & confirmation

Payments may be made electronically (for example, credit/debit card, PayPal, or Venmo) or by another method ICC offers. When you pay by card or through PayPal or Venmo, your payment is processed immediately. For other manual methods, your registration, order, or membership is pending until ICC verifies that your payment has been received. You are responsible for completing the payment you authorize.

Refunds & cancellations

Except where a specific event, program, or offer states otherwise, payments to ICC are non-refundable and non-transferable. If an event or program is cancelled by ICC, we will make a reasonable effort to offer a refund or credit. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us promptly at info@iccofsj.org and we will review it in good faith.

Registrations, memberships & donations

Registration fees reserve your spot for an event or program and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Membership benefits begin once your payment is confirmed. Donations are voluntary gifts to ICC, a non-profit organization; ICC does not provide goods or services in exchange for a donation beyond any stated donor recognition. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or paying, and to keep it up to date so we can contact you and correctly credit your payment.

Events, media & conduct

ICC events may be photographed or recorded; by attending you consent to the reasonable use of such images by ICC for community and promotional purposes. We ask all participants to behave respectfully; ICC may decline or end participation for conduct that is unsafe or disruptive.

Changes to these terms

ICC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
