Book the Hall
Our 7,000 sq ft facility hosts weddings, receptions, graduations, corporate events, and community celebrations for 50–500 guests. Every event is different — visit the hall and meet our Facility Manager to walk the space and discuss pricing for your event.
How booking works
- Visit & discuss — tour the facility with our Facility Manager and go over your date, setup, and pricing. Call 855-ICCOFSJ (422-6375) to arrange a visit, or send an inquiry below.
- Apply online— when you’re ready, complete the rental application. It prices your selections, collects the agreement signature, and reserves your date with the deposit.
- Confirm & celebrate — ICC confirms your booking; payments follow the schedule in your contract (50% due 90 days before your event, balance 30 days before).

- The kitchen, stage, tables, chairs, and standard linens are included with Assembly Hall rental.
- Add-ons available: dance floor, sound system with engineer, table overlays, chair covers, and full place-setting service.
- Member rates apply to current Family Life members and above (verified at application).
- Please disclose whether alcohol will be served — insurance requirements apply.
- A non-refundable deposit reserves your date; non-members also place a refundable security deposit.
